I applied online and got a call the next day to schedule the interview. It was with the store manager and pharmacy manger. They asked a list of "describe a time when..." questions, as well as a few basics like "why do you want to work here?" It was a little more difficult than I was expecting based on the reviews I've seen here. They said I would hear back within three days and I received a rejection through the portal that same day.
