Focused on customer oriented skills - desired you to have a PTCB certification - interview itself was very minimal, more just basic questions about yourself and it seemed like you were going to get hired from the start even without the interview.
the manager interviewed me and was writing on a sheet that had all questions and were grading me on how I answered them and so I felt like I was answering poorly and the last question struck me.
