Walgreens Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Situational questions, be prepared with examples, how you handle difficult situations, I had 2 people in the interview room, one observed and the other talked. I recommend dressing nice because the person after me was wearing Jean shorts, I got hired and I never saw them.

Very casual. They wanted to know how I would react in different situations. They asked about my schedule and availability almost as if they wanted to fill the role right away.
