I found her & she told me to look around for a few minutes & she would be right with me. She started talking to her friend, 30+ minutes later I hear her tell her friend to have someone to apply & she would give them a job. At the actual interview there were 6 behavioral questions. How have you changed a process? Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a person that spoke a different language? Six questions & that was it. No, tell me about yourself or any other conversation, DONE!
