Walgreens Customer Service Associate interview questions

It took them almost a month to call me in for an interview. The manager who interviewed me was really nice and made me feel comfortable and not awkward. He asked me 12 questions and they were all situational questions. He gave me a call 2 days after saying I was hired. Now I’m doing drug test and backgound check and I start in a week.

Easy interview, pretty standard questions. It will usually be the ASM who is interviewing you. Expect maybe 30 minutes, tops. There is a skills assessment involved. From application to hiring took about 1.5-2 weeks for me.
