Walgreens Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Unorganization group interview which was their first time interviewing. The female interviewer was getting so angry because she wasn't getting and understanding why do manager to basically uplift employees. During the interview process I had to go into details - to where I end up getting some paper and developing a story line for team building, motivation, growth & developing and incentives.
