Question 1
How did you handle a situation where a coworker was a poor performer?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walgreens in Jun 2010
Interview
As an employee who was trying to move up the later, I couldn't have had a worse experience interviewing for the job. I was in a cramped room with five other people hunched together and staring at me, all looking as if none of them showed any interest in what I was saying. All of the questions were behavioral and had nothing to do with my long experience as a sales clerk and pharmacy technician. It really seemed like they just wanted to hear some nice, and false, stories to make themselves feel good about giving the interview.
Oh, and they won't even call you to tell you that you didn't get the job. You would think that current employees would be given a little more respect, but they really haven't been showing that in recent years.
