Interview
It involved a scenario based test with the objective to launch a Product and questions revolving around Market Conceptualisation, Support Process, Regulatory considerations, Network diagram, etc. Was given an hour and 7 chart papers to prepare my answers and present it to the panel.
Subsequent to that, situation based questions centred around customer experience, ability to respond in tricky scenarios, etc.
