Vodafone Sales Advisor interview questions

Got an phone interview and got asked the typical questions such as what do you know of Vodafone, give examples on when you had done teamwork, why Vodafone? Cannot remember the rest of them. I struggled in the interview because i didn't understand some words he mentioned so the interviewer kept rephrasing his sentences.

Hiring process was in several stages, including an initial online application, an online test for English/Maths/logic, a phone interview with HR based on competences, a second phone interview with HR based on a role play to evaluate selling techniques, then finally a face-to-face interview with the store manager.
