The interviewer was professional but friendly. It was a video interview on Teams. It lasted about an hour. They're was a customer role play exercise and presentation to an organization.
they never ever even look into your resume if you are an international but bin it. please don't waste your time with them as they never come on to you even though you are a big head with your studies and achievements, but originally from somewhere else not an English territory

Interview
Online psychometric test, phone interview, store manager interview then result. Generally relaxed, they were prompt and responsive. The interviewer focused primarily on being results-driven, customer service experience and complaint resolution.
