It was short but stratight to the point and easy going. The questions were personal but not in an invasive manner. Overall it was easy and I'd recommend everyone who's fluent in English to apply for it.

First interview started by introducing myself and my history and the kind of skills that I’ve got after that we start making conversation and healing into different language to show the body of speaking my native language with Arabic and secondly speaking English which other language will be requested to use while speaking with the international customer from other countries then they start asking about some action or in case we face such an issue or problem? How are you will be providing the system or the correct action to make and such luck situation deep trust

If customer called us and was very angry and using unprofessional words
All online no human interaction . It was fine however would have been better if it was a face to face interview with a human instead of the online platform .
