The process was very fair and clear starting from technical assignment, moving to technical interviews, CBI and final interview. The hiring process was smooth, and the HR department was helpful.

HR Conversion Interview. I was outsourced to VIS already. It was supposed to be a 30 min interview. I live far away from the interview place, so I asked for the fleet in my VIS building to come and take me. Unfortunately, it did not come on time.
I called the HR before going to describe that and to tell that I might be a bit late. She talked a lot about not having time. When I suggested that we delay it, she said it's ok to come. Inspite of my apology even before I went there, she made me wait for an hour for nothing but I was late. We had an urgent work back then and we had to stay late at work my colleague and I so we can overcome that. the result was that I was aggressive, so wasn't accepted.
