After you successfully completed online tests and video interviews on SOVA platform, they invite you to the assessment center in İstanbul, where you play a VR game as a group and do a case study and presentation about it afterwards.
A series of questions were answered in a video interview format. Questions were not technical. They were questions to get to know me personally. No need to stress over it.

Can you tell us about a challenge you encountered in a situation that required teamwork and how you solved it?
They have a personality test, then a test where you have to choose which circles should be red based on the previous ones and then a video interview. I got eliminated so I don’t know further

Interview
A pattern test consisting of different levels which some of them are meaningless, a short personality-kinda test as I remember and a video interview of 6 questions that are classic interview questions that you must answer in English in 3 minutes each.
