A thirty minute phone call as stage one, a one hour interview as stage two as well as a walk around of the building and working environment. There is support throughout and a Vodafone representative who texts/calls to help you throughout the entire process.

1 in-person interview with store manager. applied on linkedin with cv and we talked through it over a coffee. very friendly, they just want to know if you're a good fit and can do the job.
The process was smooth, the interviewer had read my cv and asked me why i am interested in relocating from Berlin, and where i see myself in 10 years, They also cared to show inclusivity that i am queer

I had to email them my CV and few days later they called me for an walk in interview at their tamavua office branch, where they asked me few questions and told me to sign the contract with them.
