Group discussion on some randomly thought topic by the panellist. Was unstructured. Whoever was able to express ideas quickly got short listed after. Followed by interviews. Went smoothly as not much technical stuff was asked. Yet, didn't land the intern.

Tell me about yourself, Did you face any challenges in the projects you did?
Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.
Why did you apply to vodafone and what will you bring? What are your strengths? An idea you brought to life? A difficult colleague and how you dealt with him?

it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
