there was an online test, followed up with a teams interview, and then an assignment center. overall it was not bad, but the expectations were not clear at all, even after asking for clarification it seemed like they really do not have set expectations

tell me about yourself, how do you manage your time, tell me about a failure in your life, do you like working independently or in a team.. and in the AC there were 2 parts: individual presentation about a 5G related service/device that Vodafone could use; group task that was about some technological improvements, how you could use them and how would Vodafone profit from it.

The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.

Hirevue interview. Series of questions asked and answered. Focussed on communication skills and experience in external affairs. Probably about 3 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each one. Still pending to hear whether I was accepted into the scheme
