Basic questions about how to approach clients and about my past workplace. Then they asked me about my education, why I wanted to work in this position and why I choose Vodafone. I had two interviews. In the second interview, the manager showed me the workplace and introduced me to other employees along with discussing salaries.

The interview process was clear and well-organized. It started with an online application, followed by a short phone screening to check my communication skills and background. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with HR and the team leader. They asked about my previous experience in customer service and tested how I handle difficult customers. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the discussion.
