I waited several weeks to be interviewed after sending my CV and they did call me back after a month for their feedback. The person in charge was really friendly and communicated with a sense of humor while remaining professional.

It was alright. It weren’t that bad. They asked a few questions to do with the role. The questions were based on customer service such as why do you wanna work here and the role.

Overall, it was good; They asked some random questions based on my previous job and general questions. More on how to communicate and what you should do when dealing with wired people. It requires some basic skills in customer service and an understanding of the job.

With good and friendly interview, it was student part time job so was nice to apply, also environment was very good, many people told me in real work there are much stress and customer is not friendly like people work there
