I had one over phone interview and a face to face interview in their headquarters.
The phone interview was a friendly interview with general questions, mainly focusing on English.
The face to face interview was more related and concerned by technical skills, it focused on both soft skills and problem solving,

It was more related to the attitude and ethical problems
Professional outlook, overall positive experience. The interview was fully structured, with a quick assessment, the actual interview and a roleplay. They explained in details the position and were open to discussion, by answering clearly all the questions.

The person did not know anything about my CV or did not take the time to go over the job description. I had to wait for the HR representatives to get her affairs in order. While in the interview, she seemed unprofessional and underprepared
Good, interviewer was lovely and put me at ease straight away. It was a really short interview with a review of my CV and also what i could bring to the company based on my past experience and roles
