Interview phone call (about 15 minutes), assessment day (all day long including following interviews), interview with HR resourcing team (like 30-45 minutes), interview with HR manager (around 1 hour).

Quite tedious with tests and interviews. Their culture is a bit too strict for me, as I prefer to solve issues directly with my colleagues, if possible, not go directly to higher management.
Very good experience! Polite all the participants. Good environment and in depth presentation of the role. I did not get an offer but I hope for the future! All the team was great.

The initial interview experience was positive but after my final (3rd) round interview, I never heard back from either the hiring manager or TA specialist regarding the selection outcome and any feedback. ‘Ghosting’ your candidates after the final stage is not a great candidate experience
