The process was quite straightforward. You apply online, then they ask you to do some tests (if I remember correctly. If you pass, you get invited to do the video interview. If you pass that, you get asked to do a face-to-face interview.

Llamada telefonica para conocer mi estado en la carrera universitaria. No tenia la cantidad de meses para practicas que ellos pedian ya que habia hecho unas anteriormente, asi que me rechazaron.

Prima chiamata conoscitiva con le risorse umane per conoscere il mio profilo, le mie motivazioni e il mio livello di inglese. Poi colloquio online con un'altra addetta alle risorse umane
1. Five Recorded questions where you have to answer and you will be given a feedback after via email
2. Hr/managers interviews including a business case which you had time to prepare and present
