Very poorly done. Firstly hiring was late 15 minutes late. Room was booked for only 1 hour and I was asked to move to another meeting in the middle of interview. Interview itself was poorly planned which gave me the impression that the job did exist, as the questions asked seemed more like trying to get some consulting. 2 weeks later, I contacted HR at 2 occasions to get feedback. Now 2 months now, they never got back. I highly regarded Vodafone as a brand but now they are scrapped out of list as company that I want to work for. They have also lost a customer in the process.
