I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vodafone in Nov 2011
Interview
Company Executives visited my Campus as part of Campus Placement Program. There were two rounds. First was Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview. Group Discussion was based on a case while in interview, panel asked me personal as well as sales marketing related questions.
Pattern Recognition Test with 4 boxes and dots coloured in, you have to figure out the pattern and fill in the dots for the blank box, and also a one-way interview task. If selected, it is followed by final interview rounds (still pending).

Question 1
Describe an idea you came up with, how you followed through on it, and the outcome of your effort
Completed numerous self-directed tasks with AI-guided interviews, generating detailed reports and actionable feedback. Flexible scheduling suited my timeline perfectly. Lacked human mentorship and real-time collaboration, but excellent for building technical skills independently
The Vodafone interview assesses your skills, motivation, and cultural fit through behavioral questions, scenario-based tasks, and sometimes technical challenges, focusing on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation. The annoying aspect about it all is they don't inform you if you got rejected.
