Interview
1. Multi-tasking test - online assessment
2. Psychometric test - online
3. Situational questions - online
4. Phone interview
Once you are selected in the above, you are called for a face to face which takes 2 hours approximately.
5. Group discussion - you will be given a hypothetical situation and will be asked to discuss n conclude as a team.
6. Role play - facing a dissatisfied customer with billing issues (2 panel members will be taking the interview)
7. One on one interview - this last for about 15 mins, with 2 members on the panel
After all these stages, the interview process is over and the HR gives u a follow up call on ur application's progress

I submitted my application online through the official company website. A few days later, the HR department contacted me to conduct a brief phone screening. Following that, I was invited to their office for a face-to-face personal interview with the team leader. Overall, the process was quite smooth, highly professional, and very well organized.

Can you introduce yourself and mention your strengths and weaknesses?
Professional outlook, overall positive experience. The interview was fully structured, with a quick assessment, the actual interview and a roleplay. They explained in details the position and were open to discussion, by answering clearly all the questions.

The person did not know anything about my CV or did not take the time to go over the job description. I had to wait for the HR representatives to get her affairs in order. While in the interview, she seemed unprofessional and underprepared
