Interview
Phone interview then interview with 2 managers.
The interview was based on competency and proving by example how you meet the criteria or the example of behaviour. Also some historic questions about what you did in previous job roles and where you were successful. What you brought to the position.
It was quite open and honest

Competancy based questions - e.g. How do you build trust, give an example
meh, they seem not to take it seriously. The HR was like talking to a third grade person and was boring the whole time. The first interview lasted less than 15 minutes
An interview with two people on the programme I was interviewing for, the interview seemed to go okay but they didn't get back to me at all. They basically ghosted me after contacting me on linkedin
First round consisted of competency Questions. For the Second round , I was given a scenario with a problem statement and was asked to provide a solution though a power point presentation.
