Interview
Fairly standard process. Telephone interview followed by face to face. Competency based interview. Was asked to prepare a presentation in advance and then present. This was followed by questions. Used the Star Approach to answer questions which worked well. No trick questions.

Was asked to give examples of team work, time management.
Standard: recruiter, hiring manager, panel interview with team leads, future colleague interview. Bonus points for opportunity to meet with the a few other members of the team to evaluate fit.

Open ended questions followed by probing questions like.. "tell me about a time you resolved a multi-party conflict".. "and then what did you do?".. "how did you partner with technology..".. etc.
The interview went great and the interview process was short and smooth without any hiccups. There were 3 interview stages. The interviewers asked technical and situational questions. Other than that nothing much to share.
