Interview
Online Application: You'll submit your CV and details through the online portal.
Recruiter Telephone Call: If shortlisted, a recruiter will call to discuss your experience and motivation for joining Vodafone.
Online Assessments: You may have to complete online questionnaires. These can include a personality assessment and/or a reasoning test (numerical, verbal, or logical).
Video Interview: For some roles, you may first complete a video interview where you record answers to questions.
Assessment Centre/Further Interviews: This is often the final stage and may involve a half-day or full-day event.
Individual or Group Tasks: You might be given a case study or a task to complete, such as a presentation on an innovative idea.
Interviews: These can include a competency-based interview with a recruiter and/or a technical interview with a senior employee.

Phone interview, about a 15 minute interview that asks general questions about your resume and your experience. Asks about why you would want to work a vodafone and also what your goals are.

Interview
Very quick and straight forward. Questions were very personal and so easy to answer. Lovely experience, the interviewer tried to be more personable to reduce stress. It was held online.
