I think the hiring process was very straightforward. I liked the fact that they communicated with you on time after completing every stage of the process. I think the only problem I have is that there isn't an on-line portal for you to log back in and see you application status or to view your application which most companies do offer. Also Vodafone does not reimburse assessment expenses so maybe they could reimburse a little bit of the expense student use in attending the assessment considering the fact that most students have limited resources. Overall a good experience. I clicked no to offer as I still haven't heard back from Vodafone after the assessment.
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately seeing over 400 candidates throughout the process the cost of covering expenses would be very expensive. We are looking into the option of a portal to see where your application is and hope to have this improved for next year.
