1st: I applied online - CV submission.
2nd: Online Psychometric tests - Mostly behavioural- based questions and situational-based
3rd: Assessment Centre - Individual and group case study assessments (based on the cases that they give you)
(The employees at the assessment centre were very friendly and approachable)
I had a video interview with Vodafone lately. I was extremely satisfied with the overall hiring process and the convience of Vodafone online system. Furthermore the quenstions were understandable and not so difficult.

Hi there, there are a several steps in the RCTM process :
1) Online Application
2) Numerical & Verbal reasoning test
3) Video Interview
4) Assesment Centre
The whole RCTM process was very fast and informal!! The online application is quite casual (personal infromation, educational and proffesional backgroud and a few motivational and competency quesion). Numerial and Verbal test are the classis tests provided by SHL. Video interiew was a quite nice experience, very informal quesions...it took 15 min maximum. I though that the purpose of this stage was mainly about finding out more about a candidates motivation and attitudes, rather then abilities. Assesment center is an equaly relaxed process, so don't be too stressed. It consist of: 1) 1:1 Interview, 2) Presenation, 3) Group execrice. Hope this helps!
