Phone interview which was then turned into a face to face interview at their head office in North Sydney. After that she placed set me up with an interview with the manager of the store. Within a few days of the interview i was accepted into the role.

Got invited to do a online video interview. The video was a someone pre recorded asking questions like how do you keep yourself motivated, A time when you had to deal with a difficult situation with a customer etc. Just be confident, eye contact with screen, hand gestures...
Then got a call about an hour after saying I was successful and that they want to arrange a interview. At the interview u have to prepare a presentation to sell something (you will be sent an email). I made a power point with no bullet points just pictures and they loved it. You then have a role play part where a customer wants to leave and you have to try and stop them. You are given time to prepare. You then come to the part when they ask you questions like why Vodafone and loads of customer and experience based questions.
