any one will faced #1- introduce your self next why you want to work in customer sevice specially Vodafone then what do you know about customer service & what you will do if the customer insult you or how to handle an angry customer, that will be the first interview i am sorry you may face a small interview via phone first and if you passed it you will be able to join the next interview then you will take exam in English and you may face IQ test that the example you will face in the interview and good luck.
