Applied for Vodafone shared services in pune. First, they take Aptitude tests in college. After clearing the aptitude round, a pooled hiring process is conducted. GD's are taken and those who've cleared their GD's are called for Technical rounds. After clearing the technical rounds, one HR round with the head HR. I cleared all rounds and was told by the head HR I was selected (with congratulations and all ), but then they never sent the offer letter to our placement committee and then refused to accept that I was ever selected. What the hell did was unwarranted, unprofessional and uncalled for.
