Interview
First step was a phonecall with HR where they ask general personality trait questions such as leadership and problem solving skills. After the interview they sent a test where they measure mainly mathematical skills, the test was easy but very strict with time. After the test, they araanged a face to face interview with a person from HR and the manager in which they asked about past experiences, education and career aspirations. The third one was the meeting with the department manager which was just for the introduction.
