It was a phone call that mostly determines my english speaking skills and pronunciation. Then they asked me about my knowledge of customer services and my previous experiences. Last step they asked how i would handle a tough situation or angry customer.

Not a very difficult interview. The interviewer was very kind and friendly. No need to prepare much for the interview. They asked very basic questions regarding personal goals, approach to conflict and customer service. However I did not get the role.
