Interview
I applied through the Ubisoft website. After an initial call with HR, there were a couple of series of coding exams followed by some more cultural fit interviews.
The biggest problem was how uncoordinated the interview process was. During the interview I was quoted a salary number, and then the offer came in significantly lower than what they quoted me. When I mentioned this and asked for something closer to the middle, they delayed and then ceased negotiating.
I cannot recommend interviewing here at all. It's not worth your time just to be given an offer that's far lower than what you already make in an industry that's known for treating people poorly.
