Uber Senior Program Manager interview questions

Questions were very technical and non-behavioral. The interviewers and team were very nice and asked really thoughtful questions. I feel very confident in my answers but not sure if they were right.

Multiple rounds and phone calls, including a panel interview where you present proposals for the work that needs to be done. A bit frustrating, as you are essentially doing a project for free for the company with limited insight and information.
