Uber Program Manager interview questions

The application procedure has several rounds with hiring manager and the team. It took me two months to finish all interviews and now waiting for recruiter response. My experience with Uber is US Recruiters are quick and immediate with process and response as compared to Amsterdam recruiters. It would be good if this can be improved as waiting for recruiter response for more than 45 days where he mentioned that the application is still in process. I don't understand that companies usually take one or two weeks to give offer or rejection but with Uber Amsterdam this is not the case at all. Valuing candidates comes with clear communication and avoiding laidback attitudes.
