I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Washington, DC) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was screened initially by a recruiter, then was required to take a 2-3 hour exam online. After passing, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager who would be my direct report (I believe). I didn't pass through but I would have to go for an in-person and do a presentation to a team as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to pitch a restaurant as if I was trying to get them to join UberEATS. The Hiring Manager acted as the restaurant owner / manager. It was a standard role play.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uber (Moscú, ) in Oct 2016
Interview
I really didn't like this interview. They don't give you any information how you can prepare yourself. Of course you can read in English, but just general information about Uber. They look for the person who speaks only Russian and I don't understand how this guys pass the interview, because there's no any information about UberEATS.
And do you know what is the most disappointed? The monthly salary is 35000 rubles + bonuses (average salary is 50000). What??? In Moscow I rent one room apartment for 35000 rubles (and this is one of the cheapest prices, because it is 30 minutes way by metro to the downtown). That salary is for slaves. Didn't expect that Uber can pay such salaries.

Question 1
What you will do to persuade the manager of the restaurant to be a partner of UberEats, when the commission for the restaurant is very high?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber in Jul 2016
Interview
The process took 1 month overall - extremely quick and fast paced process!
1. 30min phone screening interview with recruiters
2. 2 Hour Analytical test -- definitely not the simplest thing in the world, I'd recommend getting very knowledgeable about Uber's business model, metrics and Excel (pivot tables, data tables, formulas etc). There are some prep courses that can be quite helpful as well.
3. 30 min video interview with an Uber Ops manager
4. You are given an assignment to draft up 3 presentations - definitely extremely time consuming and requires ALOT of effort to do well. Highly recommend giving everything you got with this.
5. 1.5 hrs Panel Interview presenting your presentations to a panel where they grill you with questions - this one was quite tough as they asked all kinds of questions and on the spot tactical questions which are really tough to answer in an interview
