Interview
I was referred by a friend and was contacted very quickly by a recruiter to set up a phone screening. The screening process was pretty much what you'd expect and I didn't receive any real curve balls. The recruiter was very friendly and most of the questions focused on my experience at my current company and my interest in Uber and the role.
After the phone screen, they sent me their analytics exam, which primarily tested Excel aptitude and brainstorming/problem solving skills.

Pre-screening phone call (30 minutes), followed up by Excel analytics test (2 hours, MC, with a written section), a 30 minutes video chat with a team member, a case study with presentation, and then a series of panels, including the presentation of the case study.
