Uber Operations and Logistic Manager interview questions

Was referred by a friend for the role in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. 1st stage: 30 min convo with HR from the US. Quick run through of my resume. Extremely laid back. 2nd stage: 32-question data analytics test using Excel with 4 short essay questions -- Test was not too difficult but extremely pressed for time. 3rd stage: 45 min ZOOM interview with HR from Brazil. I was asked some behavioral questions but also some technical questions. Also very laid back. It was more of a prep run for the next interview with an actual Ops supervisor. 4th stage: 45 min zoom interview with one of the head Ops & Logistics Managers for RJ, BR. Wasn't too difficult but I was asked to do some math on the fly which I did not appreciate. 4th stage was 3 weeks ago, the recruiter from BR still hasn't gotten back to me.

Applied online, within 2 days had HR ask me to do the analytics test within 48 hours as they "had candidates further through the process". Passed the test, then had an online video interview with 3 questions and 2 mins of recorded video to submit. Again to be done within 48 hours. Passed this, then had a phone interview with HR (4 hours notice given). Passed this, then had two 1-hour in-person interviews at their offices with other members of the Ops/Logistics team. Had a final interview with the GM.
