Uber Operation and Logistics Manager interview questions

You have an analytical test to pass (mainly pivot tables, problem solving exercises), with some redaction questions at the end. 2 hours in total, online test. It takes a lot of time to complete - be prepared before launching the test or you might most likely run out of time. If you pass the filter, you have a phone interview with HR to align on role, previous work situation etc, etc. Then you start 1 or 2 interviews on Zoom (video call software used in Uber). If you succeed, you pass to onsite interviews. After the analytical test, I got 8 different interviews involving 11 persons in total. Most of them were from Operations too, but from different position level (some General Managers were involved too). It honestly takes a lot of time (about 1.5 months in total) to get through the process, but the experience is awesome as you meet great persons and have very interesting chats during the process - except the total time to get until the end of process, I had an excellent experience as a candidate.

Long and complete interview process, where they mix fit interviews, excel tests and practical cases. It seems like management consulting interview process, but with an special focus on practical cases and cultural fit.
