1 week process. First you get an e-mail to schedule your recruiter, who will call you on the scheduled day. After a 40 minutes conversation about your background and a series of questions about what would you do to fix some legal issues in your country, the recruiter schedules you with the Public Policy Manager for a call on the next few days. This call takes about an hour and is a smooth conversation about how your skills will eventually help the company and how your academic background and professional experience suits the job vacant.

You are working w/ a specific recruiter who guides you through the whole process starting from an initial Skype interview to detailed description of an offer. Probably the best recruitment experience for me so far. Style of interview is rather informal which includes Skype session w/ a recruiter, followed by an assignment and 3 additional interviews w/ team members.
