I applied online and had a recruiter reach out to me, to set up a phone screening within a couple of days. At the end of our call, she said she would reach out to get my availability to connect with a hiring manager. A week and a half later, I received an email thanking me for my time.

quick, informative, good use of time, really smart people, lots of energy. process made me very excited to work at Uber and went very smoothly. activity was time consuming but gave me a taste of what i could expect.
