I applied online and was setup with an initial phone screen. From that moment I began preparing and was expecting behavioral and fit questions so started researching Uber and its growth strategy in countries I would like to work in. I also began familiarizing myself with Uber's technology stack and scaling strategies - and their Growth heads. Finally, I researched what successful strategies they're using and have used in the past.

The process involved multiple rounds, spanning system design, data structures and algorithms, and behavioral questions. They expect thorough knowledge and solution and answer. Asked relating to resume to explain some projects also.

Interview have 5 rounds, 2 medium, 2 system design, and the behavior interview. The whole process includes lots of technique staff. Need to be prepared, like practice coding on platforms like LeetCode
