I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Uber in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online, and heard back from Uber ~three months later. The recruiter were often hard to get a hold of. I'd give date I was available for an interview, hear nothing, the dates would pass, email them again, offer a new set of dates, hear nothing, email them again, etc. I had to do this four times. Fortunately, I heard back within a few days of my interview that I wouldn't be moving forward--it's nice they let you know quickly.
