Interview
I got a call from HR and interview was scheduled. It was technical interview with the Architect. He asked me technical questions on my language and framework. The second round was a client interview. It was of 30 minutes. The client was very friendly. He asked me about my role and the expectations from the position I am applying for.
Next day I got a call from HR that the client gave a ago ahead and there will be one more round with Director.
Now comes the problematic part. The director asked me if I have experience on a particular framework which I didn't. I had made this clear to HR, to architect in first round and to client in second round. They gave me a go ahead even after knowing that. The director said they wanted this framework experience and I said that during the screening process itself I had made it clear. He Cut short the interview from 1 hour to 25 minutes. I called the HR and he said that I'll talk with him and get back to you. That never happened. I tried to follow up by calling and sending messages. But haven't got any reply from.
To the blueconch team, if a particular framework was mandatory, why did 2 rounds of interview happen? And at least have a courtesy of calling back or at least replying.
3 rounds were there in the interview process - 1 -technical, 2 - managerial round, 3- HR round . interview was quick and easy to clear for experienced professionals . very professional and friendly interview panel. java fundamentals along with springboot basics were asked in the different rounds of the process
