A 2.5 month process with sporadic and unorganized interviews throughout. Including a screen, hiring manager interview (which was quite disorganized and short), technical screen, peer interview and then weeks of being promised a verbal offer. This place seems disorganized and can't seem to put a verbal offer together in a span of 3-4 weeks, or never had a job open in the first place. A very unprofessional experience and, according to the other interview reviews posted on here, the status quo for UST. I wouldn't be surprised if jobs are being posted for openings that don't exist. If you respect your time and your dignity, don't bother with UST.
