It was really good experience the way of asking questions some interesting way and asking tropical questions for screening. And they asking in depth questions in process wide. They checking the whether i have the good knowledge in process wide or not.

Mostly held at the client location as recruitment seems to be usually done on the Project requirement basis. The Project Management would directly interact after an initial Interview for skill test.

The interview process was damn easy for me.There was no technical questions being asked to me. This may be due to the employee referral but i'm not sure.The in boarding process was smooth.
