UST Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

3 Rounds of Technical rounds. Everything went very well. In the 3rd round end, Manager asked me the salary expectation. I told the same thing which I have told when HR has called me 1st.Then I got the offer letter less than my CURRENT SALARY. You heard me right. I called and emailed the HR and till now no reponse.Very bad HR team. They cannot afford candidates and just wasting time. Even they dont see what offer letter they are sending to candidate.
