I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS in Jan 2016
Interview
Complete waste of people's time Spent almost a full day doing role plays, questionnaires, teamwork exercises then more interview role plays, to be given some silly excuse there and then why didn't get the job. The Manager in question was unable to make the day so to start it was a waste of time Some people travelled from Cork by Train for this interview process at the Red Cow location. Avoid at all costs
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for UPS. Are you able to relocate. What is your education background. If hired when will you be able to start.
I Applied on line and was called several days later to set up a 15 minute screen interview
After the basic screening interview the talent acquisition rep told me she would like to present my resume
First I took an assessment and received notification again from the talent acquisition manager that I would be called for an interview.
I received an email I "passed" the assessment/evaluation.
I never heard again from UPS.
I emailed to follow up.
I called and left a message.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic background etc.
The assessment/evaluation was long and several of the logic problems had me scrabbling for extra brain power. 🤔
